55000-278 is an Apollo XP95/Discovery-compatible indoor open-area sounder certified to EN54-3 Type A. It provides selectable output levels of 92 dB(A) or 100 dB(A) with three tone profiles (Apollo standard, Slow-Whoop, and DIN) and synchronised alert/evacuate operation across the loop. Loop-powered at 18-28 VDC, the sounder draws only 330 µA in quiescent mode and 1.2 mA surge current, ensuring low power consumption for large installations.
